formally, i am trained in energetic holding, trauma informed embodiment, and somatic healing. i hold a bachelor of psychological studies (2023) of performing arts (sociology minor) (2016). i have been a spiritual scholar, with 10 years of study, and experimentation, and am self taught in the systems of human design, gene keys, and astrology.
